Youth Sports Fitness, Injury Recovery and Prevention

Youth Sports Fitness, Injury Recovery and Prevention - Medically based program tailored for the athlete and designed by our Physical Therapists to maximize physical performance and prevent and/or recover from injury. Too many young soccer players are tearing their ACLs, and too many volleyball and baseball players are injuring their rotator cuff. This program can help minimize injury and improve performance. Can be done on a monthly or one-on-one session basis.
