Parkinson's Dynamic Movement program is for people diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease who are able to participate in our classes to improve mobility, strength, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, and emotional/physiological benefits of exercise to maintain health and slow the disease progression on their mobility. The cost is $165.00 per month. Class schedule is M, W, F at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 am.
